Volunteer Information

Professional Conduct: Always present yourself professionally. The use of illegal drugs is strictly prohibited, and consuming alcohol during your shift is not allowed. Unacceptable behavior may result in the revocation of your privileges, removal from the event, and termination of any future association with Richmond Comic & Toy Show.

Respect and Courtesy: Treat everyone with respect and courtesy. Discrimination, sexual harassment, physical violence, verbal abuse, or any other harmful behavior will lead to immediate removal and severing of future ties with Richmond Comic & Toy Show.

Task Adherence: Follow all assignments given to you during your shifts.

Family-Friendly Environment: Our event is family-friendly. Please avoid using vulgar or inappropriate language.

Post-Shift Behavior: Even if you’re off duty, unprofessional conduct that affects the event will result in removal from your role and termination of any future connection with Richmond Comic & Toy Show.
